RETURNS

AS OF OCTOBER 12,2020 and beyond we no longer accept returns due to the global pandemic/ Covid-19.

Store credit will be offered for all damaged items. Proof of damage will be required. Damaged item photos may be submitted via our CONTACT TAB. https://www.msvalentina.com/contact

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

On the GO by Ms Valentina  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured and tracked from the time they have shipped out until the time they have been delivered. 

Lost/Stolen packages may be disputed with our primary shipping carrier USPS.

SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped out via USPS and takes anywhere from 3 to 4 business days for delivery. Item/s ordered on a weekend or after 5:00 p.m. Eastern on weekdays will ship out the following business day. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur once item/s leaves our warehouse.

REFUNDS

Refunds are NOT permitted.
